The thickness of the zinc applied to the surface of the sheets varies, and the resistance of the coating changes in proportion to the thickness of the galvanized layer.

It is the most fundamental and common form of sheet for pitched roof covering, which has been used for a long time. This product is formed with sinusoidal waves (valleys and crests) and is produced to custom lengths. The sinusoidal design is one of the most common galvanized sheet patterns in the market.
The trapezoidal profile is similar to the sinusoidal corrugated sheet, with the difference that it is produced with an angular geometry. In this forming process, square-profiled waves are created across the width of the sheet, providing high structural strength due to its specific shape. In fact, the trapezoidal profile offers the highest strength among all types of galvanized sheets. This product is the most reliable form of sheet for waterproofing pitched roofs. There are no length limitations in trapezoidal forming; therefore, the length and width can be custom-selected based on customer specifications.
The “Shadowline” sheet is one of the most widely used and aesthetically pleasing sheet profiles. The Shadowline design is a classic profile similar to the trapezoidal one, which was initially primarily used for sandwich panels. However, today, with the increasing demand for space frame structures, the use of this design has expanded and is now implemented on various types of roofs.
Palermo tile-profile sheets are formed with pressed patterns, and the steel sub-framing is executed based on the length of the sheet’s steps. Typically, the framing is installed at intervals equal to the length of two steps. The tile-profile sheet is an aesthetically pleasing and durable material suitable for all types of pitched roofs. These sheets are used as covering for gazebos, pitched roof structures, and building entrance canopies.
Galvanized sheets are primarily utilized in applications where the material is exposed to moisture and is at risk of corrosion and rusting. For instance, they are widely used for space frame cladding, pitched roofs, greenhouses, swimming pool roofing, and exterior building facades.
Pre-painted galvanized sheets have extensive applications in the production of sandwich panels and Zip Panels, consistently influencing the overall quality of the panels. The galvanized sheet used in these panels is derived from an iron and zinc alloy.
